Dear Members,

Many of you are asking whether there is a clear plan for this mission. There is.

Sovereign Alliance has only been live for one week. So far, my primary focus has been expanding our reach and bringing in new members through social media. That is step one, not the end goal.

We already have members from diverse backgrounds and skill sets: researchers, designers, military personnel, and many more. 11 local groups have already formed across the United States. The foundation is taking shape.

I see your momentum. Some of you have applied to moderate. Others have offered to manage social channels, donate, or volunteer. That initiative does not go unnoticed.

However, here is the reality: I cannot legally accept donations or formal volunteers until we are registered as a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. To begin that process, we must first establish a leadership board.

I have built organizations before. The fastest way to destroy one is by assigning leadership roles too quickly, before testing each other. Two competent individuals, could have entirely different interests, and be motivated in different directions. This results in frustration and internal conflict. That mistake will not be repeated here.

At this moment, we are operating as an Unincorporated Association. That means we are community-driven. I cannot legally assign formal jobs yet, as doing so would constitute unpaid labor.

What is legal, and powerful, is initiative. Collaborating. Organizing locally. Members creating materials, conducting research, and contributing ideas. That is how we build momentum right now. Collaboration.

I am also taking initiative and contributing what I can personally, such as rallying members via social media, creating materials, professional video content (I will be announcing more about this soon), organizing our chat server, sending newsletters, web development, and talking to other group leaders.

Right now our main goal is launching campaigns and projects, that build our credibility, and gain us public trust and support. Because truthfully, we can't arrive at a million-man march until we've inspired millions first.

In these first days, I have been observing who takes initiative, who collaborates, and who shows consistency. I am aiming to finish assigning moderators to every channel in the chat server this week. I have also thought of a system of communication we can use to keep all mods on the same page. Please note, at this time I am giving members moderator privileges based on only a few days of knowing them. In a month, our association will very likely look entirely different.

We all want this Nonprofit established. But a lasting movement is built on foresight, consistency, and most importantly, patience. Everyone wants to join when things are exciting but don't want to do the ground work required to get there.

The Epstein files are a moment. What we are building must outlast this moment.

This will not happen overnight. Even a small system is not built in months, it takes years. A new system for humanity will take decades at minimum. We must think long-term and build accordingly.

If we rush the foundation, we will collapse. If we build it correctly, we will endure.

This Nonprofit will be built differently than the others. Our voices will be heard. Our actions will be felt. And our promises to the world will be kept.

From this movement, leaders will emerge.

The question is: are you one of them?
